Worst key company. Trying to fix the key that was made where there is a service sign that is open until 6:30 PM, you can arrive at 6:10 PM and it will already be closed. You call the emergency phone and they say it has already closed. Lack of respect and service with the customer. Good thing there are other locksmiths better to fix the terrible service on the keys that won't open the door.

Terrible service Watts...does not answer questions...you have to insist to get a response, store product system is a mess....it seems like there is stock but "there isn't". (Claims to have a part but I went to check and there isn't).
